Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Rectio Intelligence LLC’s product (“Rectio, A-Leads”) platform (a-leads.co, joinrectio.ai & any sub domains i.e app.a-leads.co/app.joinrectio.ai), products, and related services. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
We operate the websites A-Leads.co & joinrectio.ai (the “Site”), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the “Legal Terms”) (collectively, the “Services”).

Please read carefully. These Terms of Service form a binding contract between Rectio Intelligence LLC and each customer, account holder, and Authorized User who accesses or uses the Service. By creating an account, clicking to accept, or using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.
Service Provider. The Service is provided by Rectio Intelligence LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Contact: support@a-leads.co & privacy@joinrectio.ai . Mailing address: 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.
Customer and Authorized Users. If you accept these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have full authority to bind that entity. The word “you” refers to the Customer and to each Authorized User who accesses or uses the Service under Customer’s account.
Acceptance Methods. You accept these Terms when you create an account, click to accept, execute an order form or similar document that references these Terms, or access or use the Service. If you continue to use the Service after an update takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
Order Documents. Any online checkout, order form, statement of work, or similar ordering document that describes the subscription plan, quantities, fees, add-ons, and applicable term.
Policies. The Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, the Do Not Sell or Share My Information notice, and any Acceptable Use Policy, each as published in the Service or on the company website.
Data Processing Agreement. Where required by law or contract, the Data Processing Agreement including the Standard Contractual Clauses for international transfers, and any Sub-processor list, schedules, or annexes.
Security Documentation. Any security overview, technical and organizational measures, incident response summary, and related compliance documentation made available to you.
Order of precedence. In the event of a conflict, the following order applies:
(a) a mutually executed order form or statement of work,
(b) these Terms of Service,
(c) the Data Processing Agreement and its schedules,
(d) the Policies,
(e) the Security Documentation,
(f) any online checkout or plan description.
Purchase order terms or other unilateral terms provided by Customer that are not expressly accepted in writing do not apply and are rejected.
Business Use. The Service is a business-to-business (B2B) data-intelligence and software platform made available for the Customer’s internal business operations. It is designed to support commercial analytics, lead intelligence, and related lawful business activities. The Service is not intended for personal, family, or household use.
Service Components. The Service includes access to the Rectio web application, application programming interfaces (APIs), software tools, data outputs, analytics, and associated documentation, along with standard technical support and any optional features specified in the applicable order.
Third-Party Services. Certain functions of the Service may depend on or integrate with third-party software, data, or APIs. Use of any third-party features may require acceptance of the third party’s own terms and conditions. The Company is not responsible for third-party availability, performance, or practices and does not control third-party data handling.
Account Registration. Access requires account registration by an authorized representative of the Customer. Registration information must be accurate and kept current. Single sign-on may be used where available.
Administrative Control. Customer is responsible for establishing administrative controls, designating Authorized Users, assigning roles and permissions, and managing access to the account
Credentials. Credentials are confidential. Customer must ensure that Authorized Users safeguard credentials and that compromised credentials are promptly disabled or rotated.
Service Changes. The company may improve, modify, or deprecate features to enhance performance, security, accuracy, or compliance. Material changes that reduce core functionality for a paid plan will be communicated to the Customer through the Service or by email.
Updates to Terms. These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in the Service, applicable law, or business requirements. Updates take effect on the stated effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
ARTICLE I – DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION1
1.1 Purpose and Scope
The definitions and interpretive provisions in this Article govern the construction of every other provision of this Agreement. Each capitalized term has the meaning assigned to it below or elsewhere in this Agreement. Headings and formatting are for convenience only and do not affect meaning or scope. To ensure precision, terms appearing in plural shall include the singular and vice versa, and references to one gender include all genders.
1.2 Defined Terms
(a) “Account.” The secure, credential-protected environment established by or on behalf of Customer that enables access to the Service, management of Authorized Users, configuration of features, and storage of Data. All transactions, usage logs, and service activity occurring under Customer’s credentials are deemed actions of the Customer.
(b) “Affiliate.” Any corporation, partnership, limited liability company, or other entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party. For this purpose, “control” means possession, directly or indirectly, of the power to direct or cause the direction of the management and policies of an entity through ownership of voting securities, contract, or otherwise. References to Customer include its Affiliates when they are granted access pursuant to this Agreement.
(c) “Agreement.” Collectively, these Terms of Service, all Orders, addenda, schedules, policies, and exhibits expressly incorporated herein, and any subsequent amendments agreed to in writing. All such documents are intended to form a single integrated contract.
(d) “Applicable Law.” All international, federal, state, and local statutes, regulations, directives, and judicial or administrative orders that apply to the rights or obligations of either party, including but not limited to laws governing privacy, data protection, export control, consumer protection, marketing communications, and intellectual property.
he following Exhibits and Appendices form an integral part of this Agreement. Each is incorporated herein by reference and shall have the same legal force and effect as if fully set forth in the body of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between an Exhibit and the main body of this Agreement, the terms of the main body shall control unless the Exhibit expressly states otherwise.1
